Cake Heaven collects full payment upon order placement for all orders under $150 , full refunds are not given for cancellations.  Wedding orders are paid 50% for reservation of date for their wedding cake delivery.  All Wedding orders must be paid in full however no less than 4 weeks prior to wedding cake delivery.  No refunds are given on the deposits for date reservations on orders $150 and more.

 

 If you are dissatisfied with your order, the owner may feel on a case by case basis that a coupon for a returning customer be given. Delivery charges are not refundable.
